CODE OF ETHICS

An integral part of the 231 Model is the Code of Ethics, updated in consideration of the requirements of the Decree itself, and which aims to define the fundamental ethical principles and behavioral norms to be observed, creating the appropriate conditions to ensure that ACSoftware S.r.l. 's activity is inspired by the principles of fairness and transparency and reducing the risk of the commission of the crimes provided for in the Decree.
